Our Story

The Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) was established in 2023 with a vision to create a united voice for the music industry in Uganda. Our journey began when a group of passionate musicians recognized the need for collective representation and advocacy in the face of industry challenges.

Over the years, we've grown from a small collective to a powerful federation representing thousands of musicians across Uganda. Our mission is to promote, protect, and develop the interests of musicians while fostering a vibrant and sustainable music industry.

Since our inception, UNMF has been at the forefront of advocating for musicians' rights, promoting fair compensation, and creating opportunities for growth within the industry. We've established strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the music ecosystem, including record labels, streaming platforms, and government bodies.
